Diet

Tomorrow starts my new diet. I am now done breastfeeding and my body has shown that I can't keep eating like I was while I was nursing.
The lowest I got after Colin was born was 162. I am now 167. My goal is 155. If I lose one pound a week I can get to my goal weight by October 3. That would be really nice!
Now lets see if I can do it.
I am also setting a new goal of one project around the house a week. We need to get this house organized and looking better.
Off to make my to do list!

  1. No more soda! I don't know how you're gonna fo it but I won't enable you. Lol. It's good timing. Now we can help each other. I'm down 2.2 pounds!
